2) Sell it yourself, FSBO, where you get many lookers but not a lot of qualified buyers. It may take you 8 months or more to sell your
home yourself.
3) Rent it out if all else fails. Even after having your home on the market for many, many months it may still take another couple of
months to find a qualified renter.
